Just after the storm, in the mountains around Prats de Mollo
One from last week-end’s hike in the Eiffel.
A few from Damme, on the canal between Bruges and Sluis.
Near the Belgian border, a place where the French have protected their dunes.
A few more from the Canada trip. Those are from places, at the end of a dirt road, somewhere between Tadoussac and Chibougameau.
And three more of the botanical garden in Montréal.
That’s it for now.
At Essipit, a Native American village near Tadoussac. The decline of the river banks are so steep that you can see whales from the shore.
A last one from that “magic” morning at Chibougameau.
One of the shore of Orillia, ON, next to the museum dedicated to Stephen Leacock, author of “Sunshine sketches of a little town”.
And one from the biosphere at Montréal. A really fine museum.
More to come..
First, two pictures of one of the coolest places in the known universe (or multiverse, you decide): Chibougamau. And more precisely, the “Gîte de la rivière“.
The place is just great, the hosts are fantastic, and will go way out to please you. And the breakfast is to die for, as an added bonus.
Then, another one of Lake Pink. I really enjoyed the place.
And finally, one of Montréal.
As usually, more to come.
OK. Too long without posting, so I’ll upload some of the pictures I am developing for the moment, from our Canadian holidays.
The first one is from the Jardin Botanique in Montréal. If you pass around the town, don’t miss it. It’s just a great place.
This one is from the lake Pink, near Ottawa. No pink in the lake, just a really cool place, part of the great national park in Gatineau.
And the last one for today is taken at the Parc National de la Pointe Taillon, a wonderful park on the Lac Saint-Jean.
More to come.
